Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (U.S.) – 5 to 7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.) – 2 to 3 business days
- Free Shipping: Orders over $75 (after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or weather conditions or carrier issues beyond my control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package.
International Shipping
At this time, Vera Rose Luxe Co. ships within the United States only.
If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at veraroseluxeco@gmail.com to confirm if shipping can be arranged.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Vera Rose Luxe Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
If your order appears delayed or lost, please reach out to the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at veraroseluxeco@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
We will review your claim and work quickly to provide a replacement or solution.
Address Changes
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any address updates or reroutes.
Local Delivery / Pickup
If you are located in the Miramar, Florida area, you may be eligible for local pickup or delivery.
